RENE’ MEAVE | Singer-Songwriter & EntertainerRENE’ was born and raised in Weslaco, Texas, and came to Michigan as a migrant farm-worker. He is a founding member of the iconic Tex-Mex musical group Los Bandits de Michigan. An experienced songwriter and entertainer, RENE’ has been recognized by both the American Song Festival and the BMI Song Festival. He currently has songs signed with Sony ATV and Next Number One Publishing in Nashville, Tennessee.A Legacy of ExcellenceIn 1999, the Governor of Michigan and the Michigan Hispanic Caucus recognized RENE’ and Guillermo Martinez of Los Bandits with a special tribute for their outstanding contribution to Tex-Mex music.
